You feel less stable than you were 15 years ago.
You find yourself unsure of your footing.
Fear of falling is real and present.
The possibility of becoming less independent is not so unthinkable…
You’ve let go of things you loved doing because they don’t feel safe anymore.

"What a wonderful way of mastering your day with balance, elegance and gratefulness."
Bryan Emond
"I was surprisingly more stable at the end..."
Walli Chefitz
"I’ve noticed increased stability in awkward moments (slight twist of the ankle, walking on snow and ice) — these daily movements do accumulate!"
Grace Asquith

After a few times, you won’t need the video every time. You’ll remember the exercise and will be able to repeat it a few times during the day. The whole idea is to give you a library of little challenges you can do anytime, anywhere. In the kitchen, when you’re waiting for the kettle to boil; in the bathroom, while brushing your teeth; while waiting in line; or anytime when you get up from your chair.
All it takes is a short moment. One minute at a time is plenty. No equipment, no preparation. Come back to it a few times a day, and you’ll be upgrading your balance and stability continuously.
In each exercise, you’ll be guided through various options: easy, medium and hard. But rather than three different ways to do it, consider it a continuum. You’ll pick the level that is somewhat challenging but not risky and start there. Each of the exercises will grow with you over time, and you’ll keep challenging yourself again and again.
Each of the exercises works on some aspect of balance, stability, flexibility and mobility. A wide variety of approaches that will upgrade your confidence and safety in any activity you want to sustain or incorporate in your life: walking, jogging, gardening, playing tennis, playing with your grandchildren.
Even if you’re more daring, and your favorite activities are skiing, surfing on walking on a tightrope, this course will help you to keep improving and stay safe and stable on your feet for many years to come.
Within 12 days, you’ll have the whole course at your disposal.
You’ll be able to do it anytime, anywhere, even for just a few seconds.
After a week or two, you’ll already feel the difference. You’ll feel stronger, safer and more confident on your feet.
The exercises are fun and playful. It’s not a boring fitness training. You’ll engage your mind, update your brain maps of movement and your mobility in general.
You’ll find yourself on an upward journey of growth and improvement, rather than declining and losing abilities and mobility as you age.
And most of all, you’ll have the confidence and the physical ability to do what you love doing for years to come.
The course is very accessible and easy to navigate. No complex tech, no need to search or go through various confusing pages. It’s all there in front of you, just a click away.
Start practicing immediately, and never stop…
Challenge and improve your stability every day.
Respond rapidly and adequately to life’s challenges: tripping, bumps on the pavement etc.
Feel safe to move around, climb stairs, walk in nature, and generally do what you love doing.
Age gracefully and powerfully rather than deteriorate over time.
Reconnect with the joy and pleasure of movement.
Gain body-awareness.
While you’re at it, you also practice being mindful and focused.
You should be able to stand on your feet and walk independently to make use of this course. Other than that, you pace your level of challenge from very light to quite challenging. You’ll find that you can increase difficulty with time. Take into account that this course is not a medical treatment to any specific symptoms.
If you can walk, you do stand on one foot with every step. You can use that as your baseline and start from there. Anything you do in the course should feel safe, and a little bit challenging, and you’ll be able to gauge the level of challenge.
You will feel safer and less tense if you improve your balance, and you can improve it, whatever you current level is. The course is made for you to work at your current skill level.
Your consistency is, indeed, called for. This course is entertaining, so you’re not likely to get bored, and it is technically very easy to access and navigate. But you’ll still have to show up. I can’t do the exercises for you…
There are some habit-building aids you could use:
· Set an alarm to different times of day to remind you to exercise.
· Define a physical space and a time of day for these exercises.
· Stack this practice with a habit you already have, such as breakfast. For example, you could declare that breakfast is your prize for doing the exercise.
Once you purchase the course, it is yours to keep. You’ll be able to access it anytime.
